<p>The foal&#39;s sire, Ebano, is the son of the prize-winning stallion ESCAMILLO, who won two medals at the World Championships for Young Horses &ndash; silver in 2021 in Verden in the 6-year-old category and bronze in the 7-year-old category in 2022 in Ermelo. His first crop of offspring includes such talents as Escanto PS OLD, winner of the 2023 Bundeschampionship, Esperanzo Melleret PS, gold medalist at the French Championships for Young Horses, and Glosk&#39;s Energy, purchased for &euro;700,000 at the closing auction of the Hanoverian Kings. The mare Farida, the dam of Ebano, is a daughter of the Hanoverian stallion Harmony&#39;s Fiorano. Ebano comes from the WOLGABURG family, Hannover Stutenstamm 1194604, Schridde 1261. Ebano is also inbred to the magnificent stallion Rubinstein (4x5). The foal&#39;s dam is Espania, a Trakehner mare by Imhotep, a licensed Trakehner sire with a State Premium. He is the son of such outstanding and well-known sires as Gribaldi and Hohenstein. The foal&#39;s second dam is the Wielkopolska-bred Evora by the eventing stallion Gray.</p>
